This session with the Findleys just felt easy in the best way.

We met up at Hiawasee Park in Mission Hills, and right away it was clear this crew didn’t need much direction—just a little space to be themselves. Lots of laughing, kids doing their thing, and parents who were totally in it with them. The kind of session where nothing feels forced and everything just flows.

We walked around, let the kids lead a bit, paused when the light hit just right, and leaned into whatever moments showed up. A little wild, a little chaotic, and a whole lot of real life—which is always where the good stuff is anyway.

There’s something really special about families who are just comfortable together. You can see it in the way they interact, the way they laugh, the way they don’t take any of it too seriously. That was the Findleys through and through.

Honestly, sessions like this are my favorite—laid back, genuine, and full of those in-between moments you can’t plan.

So, so good.
